Layout planning, structural reworking, plumbing and electrical routing — done before a single wall is painted.

Interior Design
Full interior scope — joinery, finishes, lighting, styling. A point of view that favours restraint over novelty.

Turnkey Delivery
One contract, one point of contact. Vendors, site visits, snagging and final handover.
Process
Four phases — roughly four to nine months, depending on whether we're moving a wall or not.

Conversation
We meet on site. I listen to how you actually live, what bothers you about the space.

Plan + palette
A civil plan, a material board, a clear scope. Revisions happen here, before anything is built.

Build
Site work begins. Coordinate with contractors, keep you updated.

Styling + handover
Joinery installed, art hung, last lamp plugged in.
